About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Executive for Pharmaceuticals. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to oversee the complete sales process, execution, and business development within the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in the pharmaceutical industry.
  2. Identify potential clients, build relationships, and manage key accounts in the pharmaceutical sector.
  3. Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  4. Ensure smooth execution of sales operations, including order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales service.
  5. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper product knowledge and customer satisfaction.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market demands to provide strategic insights.
  7. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management.
  8. Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for pharmaceutical machinery sales.
  9. Handle negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract finalization with clients.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Sales/Marketing or a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, specifically in pharmaceutical machinery.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics and regulations.
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, generate reports, and make strategic decisions.
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings and client visits.
