The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer support, efficient service delivery, and long-term client satisfaction, thereby strengthening the company's reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead After-Sales Service Department: Oversee equipment commissioning, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution.
Service Strategy Development: Develop and implement service improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer retention.
Team Management & Training: Train and manage service teams to maintain high performance and technical proficiency.
Customer Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues while ensuring compliance with company standards.
Service Performance Monitoring: Analyze service metrics to drive continuous process improvement.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships to promote repeat business and brand loyalty.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with sales and manufacturing teams to provide technical insights and customer feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
4-5 years of experience in Operations, Maintenance, or After-Sales Service, preferably in the machinery or manufacturing industry.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience in managing after-sales service operations.
Ability to resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
Team management and coordination skills.
Knowledge of service improvement strategies.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
