Job Title: Night Call Center Representative

The primary responsibility of a Night Call Center Representative is to handle incoming and outgoing calls during the night shift.

Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service and Support: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Call Handling: Handling multiple calls simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectively.
