Creator Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Creator Partnerships Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of influencers and content creators across multiple platforms, pitching and negotiating partnership deals, guiding creators through onboarding and activation, and tracking performance to optimize campaigns.

This role requires a strong understanding of the creator economy and experience in building long-term relationships with influencers and content creators. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing creator deals and hitting growth targets, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building and managing a pipeline of influencers and content creators across multiple platforms
  • Pitching and negotiating partnership deals that bring creators onto our platform
  • Guiding creators through onboarding, activation, and first campaign launch
  • Developing incentive programs, referral schemes, and growth challenges for creators
  • Tracking performance and optimizing campaigns based on data

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or talent management
  • A proven record of closing creator deals and hitting growth targets
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram ecosystems
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
