About The Role

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that leverage influencers to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost conversions.

You will be responsible for creating influencer marketing plans that align with overall marketing objectives, brand goals, and measurable KPIs. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and results-driven approach will directly contribute to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create influencer marketing plans that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • IDentify and engage influencers who resonate with our target audience and campaign goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.
  • Manage campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables in collaboration with influencers and the marketing team.
  • Provide creative direction and review influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards.
  • Analyze performance data and generate reports to optimize future marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing with a solid background in broader marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
