Job Summary:
We are seeking a Post-Sales Engagement Lead to join our team at NetRoots Technologies. As a Post-Sales Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for managing post-sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for product improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage post-sales activities, including customer support, product training, and relationship building.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for product improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop customized solutions.
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing, Computer Science or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Post-Sales Engineer or similar role in customer support.
- Strong technical background with excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
