Prime Solution International is a leading organization in the Accounting industry seeking an experienced Senior Financial Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain financial records including general ledger, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare management reports
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior accounting staff
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting issues

We are looking for a candidate with proven work experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office/Excel applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, 3 years of experience in a similar role in the accounting industry is essential.
