Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

  • The Quality Assurance Lead oversees the design and execution of testing across diverse applications.
  • They lead and design test automation architecture spanning multiple product technologies, covering build verification, functional validation, stability, and data integrity.
  • The QA Lead spearheads improvements to software development processes across all teams, embedding Total Quality Assurance best practices in project management, development, business operations, reporting, and quality management.
  • They oversee and contribute to the creation and review of test strategies, test plans, and test cases, ensuring full coverage of features and system requirements.

  • Lead the design and execution of testing
  • Design test automation architecture
  • Spearhead improvements to software development processes
  • Oversee test strategy, test plans, and test cases
  • Mentor and guide QA engineers
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for domain knowledge
  • Review requirements, user stories, specifications, and design documents
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
  • Ensure comprehensive UI, API, database and performance testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Quality Engineer
  • Strong expertise in manual testing and automation testing (UI and API)
  • Good understanding of performance testing and metrics
  • Experience with AWS/Azure
  • Expertise in GitHub pipelines for continuous delivery
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to translate software requirements into accurate test scenarios
  • Proficiency in SQL and database querying
