
Executive Meeting Coordinator

This role is responsible for coordinating activities related to Board and General meetings, including notifications, attendance, record storage, and circulation of minutes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate meeting agendas to Board members and Committee members.
- Communicate meeting details to Board Members and maintain attendance records.
- Support logistical arrangements for AGMs and EOGMs, including media/publications and document preparation.
- Distribute minutes and action points from Board and Committee meetings.
- Monitor incoming mail and follow up with departments on Board decisions, compiling progress reports.
- Maintain copies of bylaws and policy statements.
- Keep records of officers, Board Members, committees, and memberships.
- Safeguard and provide access to meeting records and notes.
- Distribute action points post-meetings.
- Manage Board correspondence and notifications for AGMs.
- Familiarity with PSX-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Business Principles, Ethics Policy, and Code of Conduct.
