  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings/events, maintaining busy appointment calendars
  • Answering, screening, and routing telephone calls; responding to inquiries from internal and external clients and liaising with senior-level individuals throughout the Bank
  • Creating, maintaining, and accessing files and preparing and tracking T&E expenses
  • Handling correspondence, including drafting replies and composing letters and memos
  • Using independent judgment to achieve defined results, e.g., screening and routing telephone calls and managing heavy scheduling, with minimum guidance
  • Should have intermediate command over MsOffice

Education: Minimum Bachelors

Experience: Ideally 2 Years
