Job Overview

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of a manufacturing facility. They must have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with government departments and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop cordial relations with all government offices and concerned business entities;
  • Handle and resolve all matters related to EOBI, LESCO, Gas Company, and other government relations;
  • Keep all utility bills updated and cleared within their due date;
  • Conduct monthly, weekly, and adhoc checks to ensure inventory systems are up to standards;
  • Carry out monthly stock taking personally to physically check each item against their system balance;
  • Monitor each incoming and outgoing items, replacing them in accordance with Purchase Orders (PO);
  • Monitor and audit all gate passes to confirm adherence to established systems and standards;
  • Conduct spot checking of manpower in assembly lines to confirm 100% accuracy in attendance;
  • Resolve manpower grievances in a timely manner;
  • Monitor IN-Out timing of employees and confirm that all systems are working as per standard;
  • Develop and execute organizational plans to accomplish performance goals within budget and timeframe;
  • Develop standards to effectively run inventory, manpower, and logistics departments;
  • Monitor and report on labor, factory, and manpower issues to headquarters in a timely manner;
Requirements
  • 10 to 12 years of experience in factory administration, with at least 4 years as Manager;
  • Minimum Graduate degree;
  • Knowledge of ISO standards for Inventory;
  • Knowledge of labor laws of the region;
  • Knowledge of driving light vehicles and possession of a valid driving license;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly when interacting with top management;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, preferably Word and Excel;
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions based on available data.
