Production Operations Leadership

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Senior Production Manager to lead production teams and optimize manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pharmaceutical production, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.

The Senior Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with cGMP, DRAP, WHO, and other regulatory standards. This includes planning, organizing, and monitoring production schedules to meet quality standards and delivery targets.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutics, with at least 15 years of relevant experience in a Pharmaceutical production environment. Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of GMP, DRAP, and other regulatory requirements.
