Job Title: Marketing Creative Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Benchmark and develop innovative ideas and angles for Meta ad campaigns, focusing on crafting compelling copy that resonates with target audiences.
  • Write sharp, catchy, and conversion-focused copy that drives results, including hooks, headlines, CTAs, and captions.
  • Collaborate with designers to bring your ideas to life through visual storytelling and effective design, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
  • Stay updated on Meta ad trends, formats, and best practices to ensure campaign success and optimize ad performance.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in Meta ad copywriting or creative strategy, with a strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, and ad objectives.
  • Ability to write effective copy that meets the needs of diverse audiences and business goals, demonstrating creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Good coordination and communication skills to work effectively with the creative/design team, facilitating smooth project execution.
