
Human Resources Strategist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to drive business results through effective HR strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing employee relations, and overseeing the recruitment and selection process. They will also be expected to develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization, nurture a positive working environment, and maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
- Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Recruitment and Selection: Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Performance Appraisal: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Training and Development: Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Compliance: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience: Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- Skills: People-oriented and results-driven, demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics, knowledge of HR systems and databases, ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills, excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
