  • Navigate between different Passenger Name Record (PNR) Control Centers (PCCs) seamlessly to accommodate varied client needs and preferences.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of ticketing procedures, including adding promo, tour, and account codes, ensuring correct commission levels and following instructions meticulously.
  • Investigate and mitigate fraudulent bookings, ensuring the integrity of transactions and protecting the interests of both clients and the company.
