At Translation Empire PK, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Lead to spearhead our product development and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet business and customer needs.

1. Develop and Execute Product Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute a clear product roadmap aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
2. Conduct Market Research: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback assessments to identify trends and opportunities.
3. Maintain Product Backlog: Maintain the product backlog and attend planning meetings to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
4. Define and Prioritize Product Features: Define and prioritize product features based on business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility.
5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive product development and adoption.
6. Oversee Product Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
7. Analyze Key Performance Metrics: Analyze key performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the product and drive growth.
8. Advocate for User Experience: Advocate for the user experience by understanding customer pain points and translating them into actionable product features.
9. Guide and Mentor Product Managers: Guide and mentor product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
10. Drive Go-to-Market Strategies: Work with marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies that maximize product adoption and revenue.

1. Leadership Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
2. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development processes, UX/UI principles, and data analytics tools.
4. Agile Development: Strong understanding of Agile development and product backlog management.
5. Jira Experience: Experience using Jira for product planning and tasks management.
6. Data Analysis: Ability to translate complex data into actionable product strategies.
7. Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
8. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey product vision and strategy.
9. Prioritization and Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive initiatives from concept to completion.
10. User-Centric Approach: Passion for understanding user needs and delivering solutions that enhance their experience.
11. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
