Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant Trainee

Job Summary: As a trainee consultant, you will embark on an exciting journey to become proficient in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role is designed for individuals with a strong interest in ERP systems and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training and Learning: Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations consulting.
  2. Client Interaction: Shadow senior consultants during client meetings and gather requirements.
  3. Configuration and Customization: Assist in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations based on client requirements.
  4. Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the project team to conduct testing and quality assurance activities.
  5. Documentation: Assist in documenting system configurations and user guides.
  6. Problem Solving: Work with the project team to identify and resolve issues that arise during implementation.
  7. Client Support: Provide client support during the post-implementation phase.
  8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest developments in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  2. Strong interest in ERP systems and business processes.
  3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work well in a team.
