Collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure reporting solutions meet business needs is a crucial aspect of this position.

Additionally, the role requires analyzing large datasets to identify trends and insights supporting business decisions.

Ensuring data integrity and driving initiatives to improve data quality are also essential responsibilities.

This role will provide ad hoc data and reporting support to various stakeholders across the organization.

Supporting the implementation and optimization of people systems is also an important part of this job.

Some of the key qualifications for this role include 3–4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in People/HR domains.

Strong hands-on skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio are required.

Good working knowledge of HR or People systems implementation/management is a plus.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary for success in this role.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, solutions-driven mindset.

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
