  • Assist/Conduct research on various topics (e.g., macro, sector views, company earnings, protocol research, etc.) and contribute to our newsletter and other written publications.
  • Build and maintain Lumida 'chartbooks' covering Macro, Crypto, Banking Sector, and various Investment Themes.
  • Remain up-to-date on market trends through extensive reading and research, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Consume a vast quantity of research and generate notes from select podcasts, buy-side and sell-side research, select company earnings calls, protocol reports, and create meeting minutes from our monthly CIO process.
  • Monitor portfolio net exposures to sectors, factors, and investment themes, suggesting exposure adjustments as necessary.
  • Track the performance of thematic baskets, such as meme stocks, biotech stocks, bitcoin-sensitive equities, GLP1s, China-focused stocks, and heavily shorted stocks and generate a daily narrative.
  • Implement long and short strategies developed by our research and portfolio management team.
  • Actively review portfolios for tax loss harvesting opportunities and implement.
  • Assist with trade analysis – slippage and order execution.
