We are seeking a skilled and driven individual to join our team of visionary developers who share a passion for Artificial Intelligence (AI). As a key member of our squad, you will collaborate closely with our AI and software engineering teams to conceptualize, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI applications.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Python development, with a keen interest in exploring AI technologies. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining Python applications with AI capabilities.
  • Collaborating with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate machine learning models into production environments.
  • Developing and maintaining APIs for AI model deployment and data processing.
  • Optimizing and troubleshooting existing codebases for performance and scalability.
  • Participating in code reviews and contributing to team knowledge sharing.
  • Staying updated with the latest AI and Python development trends and technologies.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 4 years of experience in Python programming and the Django framework.
  • A basic understanding of AI concepts, machine learning algorithms, and data processing.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice-to-have qualifications include:

  • Experience with main programming fundamentals in the Flask framework.
  • Hands-on experience with AI model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with data manipulation libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
  • Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Candidate should be working on the latest Python models and have a good understanding of new features of each Python3 version.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and Azure) and AI/ML services.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git and Bitbucket.
  • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
  • Understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).

With at least 4 years of experience, you will be well-equipped to handle the demands of this role. We offer a flexible schedule from 1PM to 10PM, with an opportunity to work onsite in Johar Town Lahore. This is a mid-senior level contract position within the Engineering and Information Technology department, specializing in Software Development.
