Blue Health is seeking a Python Developer with strong experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using Python in collaboration with RPA tools to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

This role requires an individual with deep technical expertise in Python, familiarity with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, and a solid understanding of API integration, scripting, and automation best practices. The position is aligned with our US operations; hence, working in evening shifts is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Python-based automation scripts to integrate with RPA workflows.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain RPA bots using appropriate tools and Python scripting.
  • Integrate APIs and external services into automation pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Maintain technical documentation and adhere to code standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Python development with a focus on scripting and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism).
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, data handling, and JSON/XML formats.
  • Experience working with version control systems like Git.
