Job Title: Senior Data Analyst / BI Developer

About the position:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Data Analyst/BI Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and technical skills with tools like Power BI.

The role involves designing and building interactive dashboards and reports, developing robust data models, performing advanced data analyses, and collaborating with clients to understand their analytical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Develop data models and analytics solutions to meet client needs.
  • Perform advanced data analyses to identify actionable insights and trends.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand and fulfill their analytical requirements.
  • Ensure high data quality standards and proactively address data integrity issues.
  • Support junior team members in data analytics best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling.
  • Experience creating clear, insightful visualizations and dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting or working with finance-related data is beneficial but not essential.
