Creative Head Job Opportunity

As a skilled graphic designer, you will be responsible for working on a diverse range of projects and activities, including websites, advertising campaigns, computer games, corporate communications, and corporate identity. Your goal will be to give organizations a unique visual brand.

You'll work closely with clients or project managers to develop creative ideas and concepts that meet their objectives. This involves selecting the most suitable media and style for each project.

This role demands a high level of creativity, up-to-date knowledge of industry software, and a professional approach to time management and deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Estimating project timelines and providing quotes to clients;
  • Developing tailored design briefs that suit each client's purpose;
  • Liaising with clients to determine their requirements and budget constraints;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process;
  • Participating in the development process from definition to release and maintenance;
  • Designing intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile devices;
  • Staying abreast of UX trends and seeking inspiration from analogous worlds;
  • Researching advancements in mobile application design patterns;
  • Reimagining design briefs within cost and time constraints;
  • Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers;
  • Working with various media and staying updated on emerging technologies;
  • Ensuring high-quality output through proofreading;
  • Familiarity with Android and iOS user interfaces and ecosystems to inform mobile app development;
  • Maintaining quality control over visual and written content on all mobile applications.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience consulting with clients on mobile app design;
  • Proficiency in Attendify, CrowdCompass, DoubleDutch, etc., or equivalent tools;
  • Familiarity with HTML and basic graphic skills;
  • Strong technical and data management skills.
