Position Overview:
We're seeking a versatile Head of Sales Marketing with a multi dimensional experience. You'll be part brand strategist, part growth hacker and part storyteller. If you've successfully launched consumer apps and gotten them noticed in crowded markets, we want to talk.
Requirements:
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and execute our launch strategy for maximum market penetration
- Brand Positioning: Craft messaging that differentiates WealthNX in a sea of 5,000+ finance apps
- Customer Discovery: Conduct user research to identify our ideal customer profiles and pain points
- Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor moves
- User Projections: Develop comprehensive user growth projections based on multi-channel marketing strategies, including scenario planning for conservative, realistic, and aggressive growth trajectories
Growth & Performance Marketing
- Growth Hacking: Design viral mechanics and referral systems to achieve organic growth
- Paid Acquisition: Optimize ad spend across Facebook, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and emerging channels
- Conversion Optimization: Build and test funnels that convert browsers into paying customers
- Retention Marketing: Develop lifecycle campaigns that reduce churn and increase LTV
Brand & Content Strategy
- Social Media Strategy: Build our presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Content Marketing: Create thought leadership content that positions us as AI finance experts & creates differentiation
- PR & Earned Media: Secure coverage in TechCrunch, Forbes, and key publications
- Influencer Partnerships: Build relationships with finance creators and thought leaders
Owned Media & Operations
- Website & Landing Pages: Optimize our digital presence for conversions
- Email Marketing: Build automated sequences that nurture leads and retain customers
- Marketing Analytics: Establish data-driven decision making across all channels
- Team Building: Hire and manage marketing team members as we scale
Proven Track Record
- 10+ years in marketing leadership roles at consumer apps or fintech startups
- Successfully launched at least one consumer app that achieved significant user growth
- Demonstrated expertise in both brand marketing and performance marketing
- Experience scaling marketing budgets from $10K to $100K+ monthly spend
Growth Marketing Expertise
- Organic Growth - Ensure strategies that allow for organic growths
- Paid acquisition mastery across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google
- Viral growth mechanics - you understand referral systems, social sharing, and network effects
- Conversion rate optimization - you can turn traffic into customers
- Growth experimentation - you live in A/B tests and rapid iteration
Brand & Content Skills
- Exceptional storytelling ability - you can make people care about our mission
- Social media native - you understand what makes content viral on each platform
- PR savvy - you have media relationships and know how to get coverage
- Visual sense - you can work with designers to create compelling creative assets
Data-Driven Approach
- Analytics expertise - proficient in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms
- Customer research skills - you know how to run surveys, interviews, and user testing
- Performance tracking - you measure everything and optimize based on data
- Financial modeling - you understand CAC, LTV, and unit economics
