Performance Media Buyer Role

We are seeking a seasoned Media Buyer to drive lead generation by managing high-volume campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and manage large-scale campaigns, testing creatives and directing traffic to landing pages.
  • Develop and implement effective account structures, targeting strategies, bid settings, and ad placements.
  • Monitor performance daily and optimize based on key metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on ad spend.
  • Utilize automation tools to streamline campaign operations.
  • Continuously test and refine ad creatives, headlines, and calls-to-action for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve campaign performance.
  • Stay updated on industry changes and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing funnels and ad campaign optimization.
  • Experience working with performance-based metrics such as ROAS and CPL.
  • Proficiency in ad tech tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours if needed.
