About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HRBP, you will play a critical role in driving organizational culture initiatives, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, understanding business needs and aligning HR strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistency in HR practices across all entities.
- Drive organizational culture initiatives that promote inclusion, collaboration, innovation, and high-performance team culture.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all offices, ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational culture.
- Develop and execute workforce plans, identifying talent gaps and ensuring proactive measures to address them.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, minimizing risks and ensuring best practices.
- Oversee payroll processing, including salary disbursements and compliance with tax regulations.
- Support leadership development initiatives to strengthen managerial capabilities within the organization.
Qualifications and Skillset
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience working as an HRBP in the investment or financial services industry is highly desirable.
