About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HRBP, you will play a critical role in driving organizational culture initiatives, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, understanding business needs and aligning HR strategies to meet organizational goals.
  2. Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistency in HR practices across all entities.
  3. Drive organizational culture initiatives that promote inclusion, collaboration, innovation, and high-performance team culture.
  4. Manage end-to-end recruitment for all offices, ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational culture.
  5. Develop and execute workforce plans, identifying talent gaps and ensuring proactive measures to address them.
  6. Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  7. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, minimizing risks and ensuring best practices.
  8. Oversee payroll processing, including salary disbursements and compliance with tax regulations.
  9. Support leadership development initiatives to strengthen managerial capabilities within the organization.

Qualifications and Skillset

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience working as an HRBP in the investment or financial services industry is highly desirable.
