Community Program Support Officer Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the community program team, ensuring that all operations are effective and up to date. The successful candidate will be the focal point of the community program regarding administrative and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to maintain community program operations in an effective and accurate manner.
  • Assist the program teams with online timesheet processing and payment requests.
  • Track community procurement requisitions and program budget and expenditure on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate with support functions such as logistics, finance, and HR for community program activities.

Requirements: Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, accounting, or administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in program administration with a non-governmental organization.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and local language.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
