Sales Proposal Specialist Position

We are seeking a Sales Proposal Specialist to support our sales efforts by crafting compelling sales proposals. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team to gather information and understand client needs, then use their writing skills to create persuasive and visually appealing proposals using PowerPoint and MS Word.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather information and understand client requirements
  • Develop customized sales proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services
  • Ensure all proposals are accurate, grammatically correct, and aligned with company branding guidelines
  • Coordinate with team members to incorporate technical specifications, pricing, and other relevant information into proposals
  • Review and edit proposals to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with client needs
  • Meet proposal deadlines and manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in creating sales proposals using PowerPoint and MS Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Familiarity with sales processes and understanding of client needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and MS Word
