About the Role:

  • We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team in collecting and validating data for our transactions dataset. This role will involve extracting and entering data into work tools, understanding the workflow and having a strong working knowledge of the system.

The Impact:

This role will play a crucial part in influencing the accuracy and timeliness of our transactions dataset. You will have the opportunity to work with peers and stakeholders to improve processes and contribute to the development of new collection methods and product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate, analyze and enter high-quality data into work tools as per guidelines
  • Extract and validate required information using search tools, press releases and websites, trade documents and regulatory filings
  • Develop a deep understanding of the dataset and workflows, and possess a strong working knowledge of work tools
  • Deliver on individual and team targets, ensuring quality and excellence in all outcomes
  • Contribute ideas for new collection methods and product enhancements related to the dataset
  • Work on projects as they arise, completing tasks within set timeframes while maintaining desired quality standards
  • Troubleshoot problems or issues, providing support to the team when needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting & Finance, BBA Finance, MBA Finance, ACCA Affiliate (up to 2 papers left) or relevant accounting/finance degree
  • Fresh graduates or up to 6 months of relevant professional experience
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Able to work and communicate effectively with stakeholders globally
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts (morning, evening, night)
