We're looking for a Student Counsellor to join our team.

Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who knows the study-abroad ecosystem and can build instant rapport with students. As a Student Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through course selection, university applications, and UK visa processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Guide students through course selection, university applications, and UK visa processes
  • Understand each student's goals and recommend the best-fit UK universities and programs
  • Manage leads and ensure timely follow-ups to convert interest into confirmed applications
  • Liaise with university partners and ensure up-to-date knowledge on application requirements
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and ensure a smooth journey from enquiry to enrollment
  • Represent us at student sessions, university events, and marketing campaigns

What We're Looking For

  • Key Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you should be confident, articulate, and persuasive
    • Prior experience in UK student counselling or international education is preferred but not mandatory
    • Ability to work independently and hit deadlines without micro-management
    • Proficiency with CRM tools and a general comfort with tech
    • A people-first attitude — we want someone who genuinely wants to help students grow
