Senior Brand Manager NP Beverages
About the Role:
The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for driving business targets, leading creative development, and executing brand activities to ensure product availability and consumer demand.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement plans and go-to-market strategies to translate brand elements into business results.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team and category development managers to ensure product availability and consumer demand.
- Contribute to the category strategy, influence pricing strategies, and propose SKUs for key channels and customers.
- Plan and lead weekly sales-driven activity calendars, measure/report campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
- Act as a brand custodian, lead internal/external meetings confidently, and participate actively in customer acquisition alongside the Nestlé Professional sales team.
- Lead innovation and renovation efforts, ensuring sustainability agendas are driven and achieved.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of cross-functional experience in the value chain and project management, gained through participation in brand management and innovation projects.
- Ability to think strategically and manage market spends effectively.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager, with the ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of the beverage category.
- Demonstrated leadership skills within a cross-functional team.
- Courage and problem-solving abilities, with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Comprehensive understanding of the full marketing mix.
- Strong analytical skills combined with creativity.
- Data-driven mindset and comfort with numbers.
