
Senior Brand Manager NP Beverages

Responsible for ensuring that the brand remains recognizable, up-to-date, and exciting to customers. Must have the passion and resilience to delight target consumers and build a strong brand by generating robust topline and bottom-line results. Continuously seek to improve methods and promote aligned ways of working to drive brand innovation and performance. Responsible for translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
A Day in the Life of a Senior Brand Manager NP Beverages- Drive business targets both topline and bottom line. Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action.
- Execute brand activities by coordinating closely with the supply chain team and category development managers to ensure product availability and meet consumer demand.
- Understand the in-store environment by contributing to the category strategy, influencing pricing strategies, and proposing SKUs for key channels and customers.
- Partner with communication agencies to ensure all brand communication enhances the company's image as a trusted NHW leader.
- Plan and lead weekly sales-driven activity calendars, ensuring follow-up. Measure and report on marketing campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
- Act as a brand custodian and lead internal/external meetings confidently.
- Participate actively in customer acquisition alongside the Nestlé Professional sales team.
- Lead innovation and renovation efforts, ensuring sustainability agendas are met.
- Supervise advertising, product design, and other marketing forms to maintain branding consistency.
- At least 6 years of cross-functional experience across the value chain and project management, gained through participation in brand management and innovation projects. Experience in targeting audiences and devising effective campaigns.
- Ability to think strategically and manage market spends effectively.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager, with the ability to develop strategies and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of the beverage category.
- Prior exposure to the Out of Home industry is an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership skills within cross-functional teams.
- Courage and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to question the status quo.
- Comprehensive understanding of the full marketing mix.
- Strong analytical skills combined with creativity.
- Data-driven mindset and comfort with numbers.
