Production Manager
Job SummaryTo contribute to the growth and profitability of our organization through efficient processing of tablet products, in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and local regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement daily planning and work schedules with department heads and oversee operations in Dispensing, Granulation, Compression, and Coating.
- Ensure timely follow-up of production activities as per schedule to achieve site goals.
- Provide support to other functions by offering assistance and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Oversee manufacturing operations in the Production Department.
- Maintain accurate records to ensure timely delivery of batch-related documents.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh to 2 years of experience in a related role is required.
- Ability to build strong relationships for effective collaboration and communication.
- Proactive in resolving challenges while maintaining efficiency and compliance.
