Job Description
As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets in line with company objectives. You will lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Medical Representatives (MRs).

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Achieving regional sales targets in line with company objectives.
  • Leading and managing a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Medical Representatives (MRs).
  • Ensuring consistent growth in prescription generation, secondary, and tertiary sales.
  • Monitoring sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities in the region.
  • Strengthening the distribution network and ensuring product availability at all levels.
  • Couching, mentoring, and motivating the field force to enhance productivity and market presence.
  • Implementing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns effectively at the ground level.
  • Coordinating with the Head Office for timely supply chain, marketing, HR, and finance support.
  • Ensuring timely reporting, documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.


Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/Science; MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in pharma sales with minimum 2–3 years as ASM or equivalent. Strong knowledge of the pharma market in Punjab and J&K region.
