
Workforce Administrator

An experienced HR Generalist is required to join our team in Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in various HR activities, including payroll, employee relations, compliance, and insurance.
You should have a good understanding of payroll systems, including manual payroll collection, input, and processing, and be able to maintain accurate records.
Experience in managing onboarding and offboarding processes, drafting contracts, and preparing documents such as salary certificates and travel NOCs is essential.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Pakistan labor legislation and be able to provide guidance on compliance policies and procedures.
Excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management:
- Manage payroll, including manual payroll collection, input, and processing.
- Maintain accurate payroll records.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Draft contracts and prepare documents.
- Develop, communicate, and enforce compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct audits to identify potential areas of non-compliance.
- Coordinate with insurance brokers.
