HR Compliance Professional
AlphaBOLD seeks an experienced HR Coordinator to support our HR operations and compliance functions. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies, and managing health insurance and benefits administration. If you possess a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for compliance, we encourage you to apply

### Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Process employee documentation, including contracts, policy acknowledgments, and benefits enrollment.
  • Verify attendance records and employee data, addressing any discrepancies or concerns.
  • Manage health insurance, reimbursements, and disbursements.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Draft, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures, fostering a culture of transparency.
  • Support internal and external audits, preparing and providing necessary HR data and documentation.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and implement necessary changes to company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive employee information.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR operations and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
