Job Summary:

Seeking a visionary leader to oversee the Meter Manufacturing Plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall plant management, supply chain operations, and business development.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead plant operations with strategic focus on production, quality, and supply chain
  2. Develop and implement plans to achieve production targets and manage labor efficiently
  3. Manage inventory control and logistics arrangement for optimal efficiency
  4. Implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with international standards
  5. Collaborate with OEMs to facilitate technology transfers and process improvements
  6. Oversee general factory administration, including maintenance and facilities management
  7. Establish succession planning by identifying and developing talent for key positions
  8. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess a degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and at least 14 years of relevant experience. Key skills include:
