Hiring for a General Manager Plant - Port Qasim Karachi

About the Client:

Hiring for a leading automobile company.

Position: Plant Manager (Benling EV)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and organizational goals.
  2. Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime.
  3. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to maintain adequate inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
  4. Implement and enforce quality control measures to produce high-quality products.
  5. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and resolve product or process issues.
  6. Recruit, train, and supervise plant staff.
  7. Provide leadership and motivation to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  8. Conduct performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed.
  9. Implement and enforce safety protocols for a safe working environment.
  10. Develop and manage the plant budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  11. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the plant.
  13. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  14. Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Extensive experience in plant management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Other Details:

  • Location: Port Qasim, Karachi
  • Working Days: Monday - Saturday (10am - 6pm)
  • Salary: Market Competitive
