Crystal Reports Developer

We are seeking a skilled Crystal Reports developer to design, modify, develop, and maintain reports using SAP Crystal Reports and related database tools. The ideal candidate will work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and customers to create and enhance customized reports that provide actionable insights and support business operations.

The successful candidate will have proficiency in SAP Crystal Reports and report design principles. They will also have strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries and stored procedures. Experience working with relational databases and understanding of database structures, data modeling, and business intelligence concepts is also required.

The role involves developing, designing, modifying, and generating reports using SAP Crystal Reports. This includes extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from databases. The candidate will collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and requirements. They will optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues related to report generation. Additionally, they will create and maintain stored procedures, views, and queries to support reporting needs. Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within reports is also crucial. The candidate will provide documentation for end-user support and training on report usage. Documenting report specifications, processes, and maintenance procedures is also an essential part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, design, modify, and generate reports using SAP Crystal Reports.
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret data from databases.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and requirements.
  • Optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues related to report generation.
  • Create and maintain stored procedures, views, and queries to support reporting needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within reports.
  • Provide documentation for end-user support and training on report usage.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Proficiency in SAP Crystal Reports and report design principles.
  2. Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.
  3. Experience working with relational databases and understanding of database structures, data modeling, and business intelligence concepts.
  4. Ability to analyze and interpret data to create meaningful reports.
  5. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
