Summary of Job Profile:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional to develop their sales skills and build a successful career in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research and identify potential leads within assigned territories or industry segments.
2. Qualify leads and gather information about their ITeS needs and challenges.
3. Prepare and distribute targeted marketing materials to generate leads.
4. Manage and update lead databases effectively.
5. Coordinate and schedule appointments for senior sales team members with qualified leads.
6. Research and analyze competitor offerings and identify potential client pain points.
7. Participate in sales meetings, bid meetings and follow-up activities.
8. Thoroughly review RFP/tender documents to understand client requirements and expectations.
9. Create business proposals, including executive summaries, technical solutions, and pricing strategies.
10. Conduct thorough reviews of proposals to identify and address potential issues.
11. Develop and maintain an RFP response process to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
12. Stay informed about the latest ITeS trends and industry developments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A deep understanding of the ITeS industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with Arwen's portfolio of solutions and products
- Strong account management and relationship building skills
- Reliable, responsible, dependable, and driven to exceed sales plan
