Job Title: Sales Growth Manager

Are you a sales professional looking to excel in creating and closing new opportunities? We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires using a consultative approach to selling, identifying and qualifying leads, and leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and relationship-building skills.
  • Create business from new and existing customer accounts by leveraging your expertise in CRM systems and negotiation techniques.
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives, building strong relationships and driving results.
  • Establish long-term partnerships with customers, fostering growth and loyalty.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, with a proven track record of over-achieving sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems, allowing you to efficiently manage customer relationships and data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
