
Sales Team Lead

As a Sales Team Lead at Oxbridge Digital, you will be responsible for leading the Sales team and providing coaching and training to ensure they meet sales targets. You will understand and communicate clients' requirements effectively, providing leadership and guidance to the sales team. This role involves ensuring the team is equipped to market properties and follow up with clients for evolving requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the Sales team in achieving sales targets by managing Salesforce and coaching team members.
- Understand clients' needs and effectively communicate them to the sales team.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Evaluate client requirements and ensure the sales team is equipped with necessary knowledge and tools to demonstrate and market properties.
- Closely monitor and follow up on client interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and continuously seek new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
Requirements:
- Possess a degree-level education or equivalent practical experience.
- Be passionate about sales with a commitment to excellence, team building, and customer service.
- 6-10 years of sales experience (preferably with team management experience).
