Salesforce OmniStudio Developer Role

As a skilled Salesforce OmniStudio developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions to optimize business processes and enhance customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Experience in Salesforce development, particularly with OmniStudio tools, is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Salesforce OmniStudio solutions, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within Salesforce.
  • Ensure high-quality development standards, including solution documentation and maintenance.
  • Provide support and maintenance for existing Salesforce OmniStudio implementations.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and updates, ensuring our solutions leverage the latest features and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Salesforce certification, particularly in OmniStudio or related areas, is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
