Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Identify and address customer needs and pain points through proactive communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
Relationship Building
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders through active listening and feedback incorporation.
  • Build a strong personal brand within the industry through consistent performance and networking.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Track and analyze key sales metrics including pipeline, forecast, and revenue to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage sales activities and customer data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and account management.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and relationship building.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
