The IT Devices Online is seeking an experienced Account Manager to fill the role of Sales and Relationship Specialist.
Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Identify and address customer needs and pain points through proactive communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders through active listening and feedback incorporation.
- Build a strong personal brand within the industry through consistent performance and networking.
- Track and analyze key sales metrics including pipeline, forecast, and revenue to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage sales activities and customer data.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and account management.
- Proven track record of success in sales and relationship building.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
