We are seeking a high-achieving professional to contribute to our expanding project sales functions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and growing project sales, ensuring superior service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project sales objectives, leveraging market trends to identify new opportunities.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.
  3. Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities for project sales.
  4. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution and enhance overall performance.
  5. Publish sales reports and presentations for senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  6. Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and productivity, focusing on areas such as presentation skills and information technology.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in sales and project management principles.
  2. 3+ years of experience in sales or project management, preferably in the real estate sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
