
Mental Health Programme Manager

This role is ideal for a highly skilled and experienced professional looking to take on a leadership position in mental health program management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Mental Health Programme, ensuring effective project management and adherence to timelines and budgets.
The Programme Manager will lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of the programme to ensure they achieve desired outcomes and impact. This includes monitoring and evaluating programme performance, setting key performance indicators, and making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
We are seeking a talented individual with a strong background in programme development, management, and leadership, particularly in mental health. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, influencing, and negotiation skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Programme Management: Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of the programme to ensure desired outcomes and impact.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate programme performance, set key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Manage a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their roles and responsibilities.
- Experience: Demonstrable experience in programme development, management, and leadership, with a focus on mental health.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in driving change within teams.
- Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of the mental health sector in Pakistan and globally.
