Senior Dynamics CRM Solutions Architect

The primary objective of this position is to conceptualize and execute sophisticated CRM solutions utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
This entails gathering and analyzing client requirements, curating and brainstorming approaches, meticulously understanding the intricacies of the project, estimating efforts, developing and customizing various CRM components, implementing integrations with external systems, debugging and troubleshooting issues, collaborating with project managers and stakeholders, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
For success in this role, you must possess at least 8 years of relevant working experience, a Bachelor's Degree, and an in-depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Proficiency in building D365 CE entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports, writing technical documentation, and developing Web resource, PowerApp apps, and PowerBI reports is also essential. Experience in the banking sector is highly desirable.
