About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing policies and procedures related to HR and administration.

You will also oversee the recruitment process, selection, and full & final settlement of employees. Additionally, you will be responsible for the administration of our performance management system, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
