Job Title: Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned operations executive with expertise in production planning, quality control, logistics, and workforce management to drive our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, foster collaboration, and promote a culture of innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvements, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
  • Analyze complex data sets to inform decision-making, drive growth, and mitigate risks.
  • Implement and manage systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably with a Master's degree. You should have at least 7-10 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing and textiles. Your strong understanding of production planning, quality control, logistics, and workforce management is essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
