This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth accounting processes. Key responsibilities include managing cash flow, reconciliations, and journal entries.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Financial Operations:
      • Accounting cycle management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and other related tasks.
      • Reconcile company bank statements and credit card accounts.
      • Prepare and post general journal entries for various accounting transactions.
    • Financial Reporting:
      • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
      • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Compliance:
      • Ensure all accounting transactions are properly recorded and reported in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
